Location - it was unbeatable, a bus stop was minute walk from the hotel. I booked deluxe queen studio with the sofa bed.

The location was fantastic and perfect for exploring Laugavegur. The rooms were pleasantly spacious and cozy, equipped with central heating, a microwave oven, and a multi-channel television. Additionally, having a convenient kitchenette was a big plus for me.

Great city center location with attractions and a grocery store within walking distance. The room had a kitchenette with all the necessary facilities, including a coffee maker. The common terrace was a beautiful spot to relax and enjoy the view.
Check-in process was difficult and confusing, and we didn't receive instructions until a day after our arrival. The TV had no cable programming and we couldn't get any assistance with it.

We had a fantastic stay right in the center of this city's main shopping street. The hotel was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The staff were extremely accommodating and provided us with early check-in information. The location was perfect, with easy access to bus stations and short walks to pick up excursions. Plus, the hotel was close to amazing restaurants like Kron's.
Could not be improved in any way.
